As soon as you complete payment, you will receive an order number. You are done. We will download your files with your provided link and you may track your order here.

Our download process can take between several minutes to a day. This depends on the size of the source material that you provide. We can download a 100G file from Japan, US and Germany in a few hours. This will also depend on the speed of the Internet connection between both of us.

Please ensure you disable your popup blockers before making payment. Certain payment gateways will load the payment page through a new browser window.

GO-DCP uses Paypal to process your payments. Your credit card number is transmitted by (Secure Socket Layer) SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and the little ‘padlock’ icon on your browser confirms this. At no time is your credit card information stored with us.

When placing an order with us, payments will be handled by our payment portal; Paypal and they will request an authorization for the total amount of the purchase from your credit card company. If there is insufficient funds available, the transaction may be declined.

Please check to see if your card has available funds and/or if the card details and billing address has been entered correctly. It could also be a restriction by the issuing bank or if your destination country and billing country differs. Further information can be found in PayPal’s Help Center. You can contact PayPal’s support department by email or phone.

No, you will have the option to Login/Register for a Paypal account, or you can checkout as a guest on Paypal’s payment page. You will only be required to have a valid credit / debit card to be able to pay for your order.

After you have placed your order, your online payment will be charged the moment your order is completed and successful. We will then proceed to download and master your DCP.

No, an order that has already been placed may not have any changes made to it, this includes cancellation.

An order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is successfully placed. Alternatively you can login either to your Web Shopping Cart account or your Web Account to find the order number.

Note: If you do not receive an order number on screen or via our Order Confirmation receipt email within an hour, kindly contact us with your transaction details.

Yes, if you are interested in ordering more than 20 trailers, 15 short films or 10 feature films, please provide us with as many details as possible. We will get back to you within 1-2 working days.
